Water Jet Department - Tom
Tom, currently in his 15th year with H&H, has spent the last five years programming/operating our two Water Jets. This department has manufactured parts for the U.S. Military Defense, electronics industry and even the off-road vehicle trade. The Water Jet Department has cut a variety of materials ranging from .03" stainless mesh to 3.0" armor plate. Rapid turnaround and mass production is this department's forte.
Wire EDM Department - Karl
In his 21st year at H&H, Karl programs and operates our seven Wire EDM's and our EDM drilling device. This department has produced parts for elite racing circuits, extrusion molds and U.S. Military testing centers. The Wire Department can cut conductive materials up to 16" high. Acute accuracy and superior finish is this department's specialty.
Lathe Department - Larry
Holding down the fort for 25 years, Larry has been programming and operating the Lathe Departments six CNC's. Augmenting the Lathe Departments process are fellow programmer/operator's Herb, with 17 service years and Chris, with 14. The Lathe's have created parts geared towards surgery, refrigeration and agriculture. Mass production and finish excellence are this department's strongest attributes.
CNC Mills - Wes & Jason
Wes and Jason have been with our company 15 and 11 years respectively, programming and controlling our four CNC Mills. The Mill Department has generated custom tooling for the oil industry, and products pertaining to the electronic and solar energy fields. Our Mills concentrate in creativity and mass production.
Screw Machine Department - Heath
Our Screw Machine Department has been anchored by Heath of over four years. Medical supplies, firing pins and unique hardware fittings have been "turned out" by our two Screw Machines. Diminutive parts and great quantities are this department's strengths.
Lathe Department - Jamie
Jamie, our newest team member has only been with us a few months yet she exudes a distinctive zeal for the machining trade. Jamie is learning the ropes currently in our Lathe Department under the expert tutelage of Larry our "senior" associate.
